Can only be had with White rice.

Ingredients
White pumpkin - 1/2 Kg
For Paste
Soak
Chana dal - 1 Tbsp
Toor dal - 1/2 Tbsp
Dhaniya - 1/2 Tbsp
Jeera - 1/4 Tbsp

Ginger - 1 Inch
Green chilli - 5
Red Chilli - 2
Coconut - 1/4 Coconut

Curd 1 Cup
Seasoning
Mustard seeds
Jeera
Curry Leaves
2 dry red chillies
Hing
Oil

Procedure
Cook white pumpkin in a cooker until cooked ( 2 whistles)
Transfer cooked pumpkin into a vessel
Grind all the ingredients given above in a mixer and make a paste
Put this paste into the cooked pumpkin
Add salt
Cook until the masala is cooked
At the very end add curd ( 1 Cup) and cook just for 5 minutes and switch off the stove.
After this add seasoning
How to eat
To be had only with hot white rice and ghee for sure
